I'm a Forward Deployed AI Engineer with 7+ years of experience across industry and academic research. I work directly with business and technical teams to turn operational needs into AI solutions, from initial discovery through deployment and production support. My focus is Generative AI and agentic systems: building knowledge assistants, RAG applications, and AI agents that connect with enterprise data and workflows. My background in data science, NLP, and deep learning helps me choose the right approach for each problem. I've worked on projects involving document processing, email classification, enterprise search, and conversational AI. My toolkit includes Python, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, and Microsoft Copilot Studio, alongside experience with AWS and MLOps. I also handle the integration work that makes these solutions usable: APIs, authentication, access permissions, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Alongside my industry work, I'm pursuing a PhD at INPT in Morocco. My research explores reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and AI for energy forecasting and microgrid management. I also share AI concepts through technical workshops and educational content, including explainers in Moroccan Darija.
